Supr-CM (Protein Stable - Applied Photophysics)

The Supr-CM is a multiwell plate reader with full spectrum capabilities which allows the determination of protein stability by chemical denaturation in a high through-put manner.

Key features :

• Full spectrum fluorescence signal via spectographing (monochromator)
• Small sample volume (20uL per well) and high sensitivity (0.025mg/mL)
• Can read from 96 and 384 well plates with a fast reading time of under five minutes
