Grating-Coupled Interferometry - Creoptix WAVE Delta
The Creoptix WAVE uses GCI (Grating-Coupled Interferometry) to determine binding constants in a similar manner to the BLI, but due to the WAVE system (Waveguide Interferometry) it achieves much higher sensitivity, thus allowing small molecule detection. The design of the microfluidics chips where sample and analytes mix allows for fast kinetic determination at all affinity ranges.
Key Features:
- Reliable kinetics and binding affinities (KD ) from low pM to low mM with signals below 1 pg/mm2.
- Superior signal-to-noise ratios (0.01 pg/mm2 at 1 Hz).
- Ultra-fast transition times for weak binding interactions.
- Crude samples, harsh chemicals, and particles up to 1000 nm.
- Self-contained, compact, disposable cartridge.
- Up to 120 hours of unattended operation.
